I'm always finding new ways to use this handy hands free voice activated device that benefits those with or without vision loss. The cylindrical round device, called the Amazon Echo has found multiple uses in my kitchen, my bathroom, my bedroom and my office. She will set a timer, give me an appointment reminder or play the latest Ted Talks. Ask her how many cups are in a quart, add eggs to your shopping list or even order a favorite product via voice.
